Carbon Dioxide Gas Volume Analyzer (GVA-710)
The GVA-710 is suitable for quality management in the filling of beverages into containers, and carbon dioxide gas volume is an important quality characteristic indicator of carbonated beverages. The GVA-710 is an analyzer that can automatically measure the carbon dioxide content in beverages, the pressure inside containers, air volume, and oxygen concentration. Simply place the beverage container on the sample holder, and the device will automatically perform operations such as piercing the container, venting, continuous shaking up and down, and measurement.
The instrument measures the gas equilibrium pressure and sample temperature after continuous shaking of the sample container. Through microcomputer processor calculations, the gas content/gas pressure calculation results are displayed on the LCD screen.
After using an alkaline aqueous solution to absorb the carbon dioxide in the gas contained in the sample, the residual gas volume and oxygen concentration value are measured. The microcomputer processor calculates the gas content value of the sample and displays the results on the LCD screen.
GB/T 10792-2008 Carbonated Beverages (Soda) Carbon Dioxide Gas Volume: Pressure Reducer Method: Pierce the cap (or can lid) of the carbonated beverage sample bottle (can) with the needle on the pressure reducer, open the vent valve to release gas, wait for the pressure gauge pointer to return, then immediately close the vent valve. Shake the sample bottle (or can) vigorously back and forth for about 40 seconds. After the pressure stabilizes, record the megapascal value (to two decimal places). Open the vent valve, then immediately open the bottle cap (or can lid), and use a thermometer to measure the temperature of the liquid inside the container. Based on the measured pressure and temperature, the volume multiple of the carbon dioxide gas capacity is obtained from the carbon dioxide absorption coefficient.
GB/T 4928-2008 Beer Analysis Method Carbon Dioxide: Pressure Method: According to Henry's law, at 25°C, use a carbon dioxide pressure tester to measure the total pressure of the sample, the bottleneck air volume, and the bottleneck empty volume, then calculate the carbon dioxide content in the beer.
Carbon Dioxide Gas Volume Analyzer (GVA-710) Main Features:
1. Fully automatic measurement device, very easy to operate, no human error, and safer.
2. Reduces measurement and preparation time, shortening air content measurement time by 30% to 70%.
3. Supports multiple samples: 160mL to 2L cans, bottles, PET bottles, and lightweight containers.
4. Measurement results can be output via printer or using dedicated software to a computer.
5. Depending on sample characteristics and items, 20 method groups can be set, and they can also be edited on a computer.
6. Supports barcode reader, using a barcode scanner to read sample barcode information on containers.
7. Operators can visually inspect the dissolution state of carbon dioxide gas and air content in the absorption tank.
